WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Normal shipping time is approximately 10-15 business days. We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

Due to increased shipping costs, some regions will have a small additional charge added.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to all Canadian and US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories. We do not ship to any other international destinations.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENTS

Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us at canadianextreme@rogers.com or call us at 1-888-494-0039 in case of damaged or lost shipments.

All prices shown are in Canadian Funds.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We will accept returned goods within 10 days after receipt. All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be in the original packaging. Please let us know in advance if you are wanting to return an item.

Credit card orders are accepted by fax (Order Form), or by phone. If sending a cheque or Money order, a standard 14 day hold applies for all Canadian residents and 30 day for US residents.
